1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 216phjoy website located at https://216phjoy.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Member," or "You") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the 216phjoy Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the 216phjoy Platform, you must create a member account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• You will not create more than one (1) account on the 216phjoy Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.
• You will notify 216phjoy immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 216phjoy is required to verify the identity of all members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by 216phjoy as part of the KYC process. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

216phjoy supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your 216phjoy account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• 216phjoy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 216phjoy account holder.
• 216phjoy reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes, subject to system availability.
• 216phjoy reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 216phjoy are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• 216phjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 216phjoy Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 216phjoy will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, 216phjoy cannot guarantee the continuation of any interrupted game session.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 216phjoy reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 216phjoy Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 216phjoy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 216phjoy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

216phjoy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall 216phjoy's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 216phjoy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

216phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 216phjoy's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

216phjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable law or regulation, we will provide advance notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 216phjoy Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
